2.Equiland Magazine publishes advertisements provided by advertisers but give no warranty and makes no representation as to the truth, accuracy or sufficiency of any advertisement or any description, photograph or statement therein.

In the case of any professional photos the advertisers must obtain written approval allowing use of photographs prior to uploading them to Equiland Magazine. We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising due to copyright protection on photographs.
